The Henrietta Town Planning Board has unanimously approved the site plan for the restaurant.
Plans call for a restaurant to be built at the site of the former Joe's Crab Shack near Jefferson Road and Marketplace Drive.
A traffic study concluded last month, and analysts suggested that a left turn signal be installed at the intersection's traffic light.
The study was requested after traffic problems plagued the grand opening of a Chick-fil-A in Greece.
