A woman from Naples has been charged for allegedly vandalizing the 9/11 Memorial along Lakefront Drive in Geneva.
Police say they have arrested Laura DiCampli and charged her with criminal mischief.
Last month, police say graffiti was found spray painted on the memorial as well as a WWII memorial. Police say the graffiti was random and did not consist of any words or symbols.
