A Rochester man is in intensive care following a shooting in Ithaca.
Police say Shane Lott was shot five times yesterday morning outside a parking garage.
The suspected gunman, Andrae Martin, is still at large. A second man was arrested on evidence tampering and drug possession charges.
Police recovered a .357 caliber revolver.
