The City of Rochester wants to build a public overlook at the High Falls and Genesee River Gorge.
It's being proposed for the site of the former RG&E Station 4 at 275 St. Paul Street. -- about a 100 yards north of the Inner Loop.
The city is looking to hire a consultant this month for a one-year feasibility study.
The proposal is part of the city's "ROC the Riverway" project for the riverfront areas.
