Police in Geneva are investigating after a 9/11 memorial was defaced. The granite memorial is located on Long Pier in Geneva on Seneca Lake. Someone spray painted over the inscription "in memory and in honor of those who serve and protect our great country." The memorial, which was installed in September 2016, has since been cleaned up.
