U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is still scheduled to appear in Buffalo today, even though she recently underwent treatment for a cancerous tumor on her pancreas.
She will receive an honorary doctoral degree in law during a ceremony at the University of Buffalo School of Law.
