The Livingston County Sheriff's Office says a Fairport man was arrested on felony charges after he was caught driving drunk in Dansville with his three-year-old child in the car.
Sheriff Thomas Dougherty says a deputy stopped 26-year-old Dylan Holmes because he suspected Holmes was drunk. He was taken into custody for DWI. He was also in possession of marijuana and had the child in the car in violation of Leandra's Law.
Holmes turned out to have a revoked license because of previous DWI convictions.
