A Rochester man has been sentenced to life in prison for killing two people and leaving a third disabled in a shooting incident on Thurston Road.
Samuel Shaw shot the three people in June of last year. Prosecutors said he fired 13 shots in a parking lot, killing William Gibson and Anthony Robertson. The third victim, whose name was not released, was paralyzed from the waist down. Police say the three victims weren't even Shaw's intended targets.
Shaw tried to flee but was caught by police the next day.
