An 85-year-old man has died after he was hit by a car while riding his mobility scooter in Perinton. Norman Drew was hit by a vehicle as he crossed the intersection of Fairport and O'Connor roads. It happened around 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Drew was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he died Sunday afternoon. The driver of the car, Laurie Coci, 58, of Victor, was ticketed for failing to yield right of way. Deputies say they don't suspect that drugs or alcohol were involved. The crash is still under investigation
