A Gates man who was arrested last month after a drunken outburst on a plane is getting a second chance.
The case against Benjamin Cutulle will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for a year.
Cutullle was arrested after he allegedly pushed a crew member on the flight from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Rochester.
Other passengers helped restrain him. Other witnesses told News10NBC he threatened to open the emergency exit while the plane was in the air.
