Rochester police have released the name of the city man who was shot to death Saturday night.
Thirty-four-year-old Tremel Ingram was found dead on the ground outside 25 Fulton Avenue -- a few blocks west of Lake Avenue.
He had been shot in the upper body.
No one has been arrested.
