Authorities in Central New York have issued a missing vulnerable adult alert for a missing Liverpool woman. 89-year-old Patricia Sobotoka was last seen Friday evening on Daniel Drive in Liverpool. She was driving a 2009 gray Ford Escape, license number HBA-5842. She has Alzheimer's and may be in need of medical help.
