Today is the rescheduled sentencing day in Wayne County for Timothy Dean -- the former Texas cop who was convicted in two killings last fall in Sodus.
He was found guilty in May on one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder and two weapon counts.
Dean was accused of shooting and killing his wife's ex, Joshua Niles, and Niles' girlfriend Amber Washburn.
Dean's wife, Charlene Childers, pleaded guilty to manslaughter. She testified she wanted Niles killed after she lost a child custody fight.
