Rochester police have a new lead in the disappearance and death of a city man.
Police say someone stole a bank card belonging to 39-year-old Samuel Ortiz and used it around the time Ortiz was last seen two weeks ago.
A camera shows a man using the card at an ATM near Lake and Ridgeway avenues. The man was seen wearing sunglasses, a Yankees cap, and covering the part of his face with his shirt.
Ortiz's SUV was found on fire two days later near Tampa, Florida, and police want to find a man seen on video near there.
Ortiz's body was found in a garage on Lakeview Park.
