Rochester police have released the name of the man who was shot and killed yesterday morning on Fifth Street.
Thirty-five year-old Zechariah Burnett, of Rochester, was shot in the upper body and was pronounced dead at Strong.
Police have made no arrests. It was the city's 15th homicide this year.
