DNA May Determine Criminally Negligent Homicide in Limo Crash

The operator of the limousine involved in last year's tragic crash in Schoharie has provided a DNA sample to prosecutors.

Nauman Hussain reportedly provided a saliva and cheek swab to prosecutors. Investigators want to see if the sample matches a crumpled DMV "out of service" sticker found in Hussain's car when he was arrested.

Prosecutors are trying to show that Hussain removed the sticker from the limo involved in the crash without ever getting it fixed. He's facing counts of criminally negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter. 20 people died in the crash.
