Police say no one was hurt in a west side chase that ended with the arrest of a man who'd been firing a gun. The shots were fired late yesterday morning near Maple and Hague Streets. Police say the suspected gunman ran from police and climbed to the top of the empty RG&E building on West Avenue. He jumped down and was caught in parking lot. As of last night, the man had not been formally charged.
