Sentencing is set for Monday in federal court for a Greece man who admitted he coerced and enticed a 10-year-old girl into a sexual relationship
John Kohlmeier pleaded guilty in April. Prosecutors say he and co-defendant Bonnie Hughes had illegal sexual contact with the girl several times last year.
Hughes took a pair of sexually explicit photos of the girl using her phone and sent them to Kohlmeier. Kohlmeier also used a cell phone in an attempt to entice the victim by texting with hughes.
