Authorities say no one was hurt in a fire at an apartment in Perinton. The fire was reported around 9 a.m. at the Knollwood Apartments.
It started when the five people living there weren't home, and the cause is under investigation. But it appears it started in the kitchen.
The tenants won't be able to return. The condition of the three other apartments in the building is being evaluated.
