New York State lawmakers have reportedly reached a deal to legalize e-bikes and e-scooters. The City of Rochester is hoping to launch a scooter-sharing program with the same company that currently operates the city's bike-sharing program. The state legislature is expected to approve the bill before it adjourns tomorrow night.
