The man who admitted planning a terrorist attack at a Rochester bar is asking again for his guilty plea to be thrown out.
Emanuel Lutchman is serving a 20 year sentence for planning the attack on behalf of ISIS at the Merchants Grill bar on New Year's Eve 2015.
He pleaded guilty in 2016, but claimed a year later that his guilty plea was not voluntary and that he should have been found incompetent. That claim was thrown out last fall.
He filed a new motion this year. 13 WHAM reports he appears to be acting as his own attorney.
