Rochester police are investigating after a 27-year-old city man was shot in the area of Thurston Road and Milton Street.
Police arrived to find the victim had already been driven to Strong Hospital in a private car. He suffered a gunshot to the lower body and is expected to recover. Police are asking anyone who has information about this incident to call 911.
