New York State Police are set to increase patrols throughout the Memorial Day weekend. Governor Cuomo says drivers can expect to see sobriety checkpoints and increased patrols today through Monday by officers in both marked and unmarked vehicles. They'll also be checking for motorists who are texting on their phones.
