Jury selection is starting today in Wayne County for the double murder trial of Timothy Dean.
He's the former Texas police officer charged in the shooting deaths last fall of his wife's ex -- Joshua Niles -- and Niles' girlfriend Amber Washburn. They were gunned down outside their home in Sodus.
Investigators say Dean's wife had lost a child custody battle with Niles. She pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
