Rochester Police say no one was hurt when shots were heard near school number 20 in the Upper Falls neighborhood. It happened shortly before 4 pm Thursday, and two vehicles were in the area when shots were fired.
Police say nothing was hit -- including the school -- and no one was hurt. Both vehicles took off. Police don’t believe the school was targeted.
