Final preparations are under way for the Rochester Lilac Festival at Highland Park.
Organizer Jeff Springut says it all starts tomorrow at 10:30a.m. and continues for ten days. featured performers include -- among others -- Julian Marley, The BB King Blues Band; and tribute bands saluting Phish, Led Zeppelin, and the Dave Matthews Band.
Springut says there are four parking lots around the park between Highland Avenue and Elmwood Avenue.
There's also a new lot at at the former Rochester Psychiatric Center.
And there is parking at MCC, with a shuttle bus available at a nominal cost.
