Superintendent Michael Pero says the district will be working with 18 high school students next week to create an anti-slur policy. The district hosted a discussion with parents last night. It was prompted by allegations that students used racial slurs and the discovery that Black History Month display erroneously included photos of white people in place of prominent black figures.
