State Police say the Rochester man who crashed a stolen pickup during a chase last night turned out to be a parole absconder with an active arrest warrant.
Troopers say Randy Rowe refused to stop last night, but the chase ended when he crashed into an empty bus shelter on the city's north side.
He's charged with DWI, possession of stolen property and unlawful fleeing.
