People living around Caledonia and Rush can learn more today about plans for a big solar power project.
Developer Invenergy has scheduled open houses at 1 p.m and 5:30 p.m. at the William Udicious Pavilion on Rush-Scottsville Road.
Some area residents are worried the solar panels will be an eyesore and harm wildlife.
But Invenergy says the panels will be installed on fields that are out of sight for most people, and says the project would mean tax revenue for the towns and the schools.
