A rally is planned at 5 p.m. in Chili in response to investigation at the Rochester Drug Cooperative.
In a first-of-its-kind federal case, criminal charges were brought against the former CEO for allegedly failing to report suspicious orders for opioids from pharmacies.
The rally is being organized, in part, by the Gates to Recovery organization and will take place across the street from the RDC building.
Participants include family members of overdose victims.
