Rochester police don't expect to charge a driver who hit an apartment building with his SUV.
It happened around 5 p.m. yesterday at Pierpont Street and Driving Park. Police say the driver had a medical problem and lost control. His SUV hit an empty apartment.
The apartment was damaged but the building was determined to be structurally sound.
