The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is identifying the man whose body was pulled from Irondequoit Bay last weekend following a canoeing incident.
The Medical Examiner has identified the man as Trevor Reed from Henrietta, but his cause of death is still pending investigation.
His body was pulled from the water after his canoe flipped about 100 feet offshore from Stony Point Marina.
Two men with him were able to get to shore. None of the men were wearing life vests.
