A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the shooting death of his former stepfather.
Police say Andre Lewis murdered Robert Echols in 2017 during an argument over a basketball game near Buffalo.
Lewis was tried twice for the crime, but both trials ended with jurors unable to reach a unanimous agreement.
Lewis will be sentenced in June and will spend five years in prison.
