Twenty-seven-year-old Ronald Pilgrim was arrested Saturday night -- about 12 hours after 23-year-old Cherylann Jackson was found stabbed to death at her apartment on North Clinton.
Pilgrim was arrested on Central Avenue without incident.
He is charged with second degree murder.
