Rochester police say one driver was hurt, and the other will likely be charged with DWI, in a crash last night on Merchants Road.
The crash happened at an intersection, and one of the vehicles slammed into a building -- causing damage to the Merchants Wood-Fired Pizza restaurant.
Both drivers claimed to have the green light.
