Tim Parrinello has been reinstated as the women's basketball coach at MCC.
He had been accused of violating rules governing financial aid for student-athletes.
Arbitrators found that the college violated a collective bargaining agreement when it suspended Parrinello without pay for seven months.
Parrinello has been the coach of the MCC women for 23 years, winning five national championships.
Parrinello is not expected to return to his role as Associate Athletic Director.
