The Rochester Police Department is investigating after two people were stabbed in Charlotte. Officers say a 36-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman had an altercation. Each had puncture wounds to the upper body inflicted by the other. Both were taken to the hospital. No one else is at risk and the investigation is ongoing.
