Hamlin, NY -- The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has recovered the body of a woman that was found along the shoreline of Lake Ontario at Hamlin Beach State Park.
Authorities say the body has not yet been positively identified, but they have called off the search for Town of Sweden resident Margaret DeGraff.
The 47-year-old woman was last seen Wednesday, March 6, at her workplace at the Villa of Hope, on Dewey Avenue in Rochester.
Her car was found Sunday night at Hamlin Beach State Park. Investigators reportedly found a note indicating DeGraff may have been despondent.
Foul play is not suspected.
