The patrol cars used by Monroe County Sheriff's deputies are getting a new look.
The logo lettering will be bigger, brighter and more reflective. The reflective decals are expected to improve visibility and be safer for deputies. Small American flags are being added on the sides and the front of the cars.
It will take two or three years to convert all the patrol vehicles.
And the Sheriff's Office says there is no additional cost to the public.
