State Police say 79 year old Beatriz Murray was unaccounted for inside when crews arrived to fight the fire which broke out around 1 p.m. Monday on Cory Corners Road.
Family tells News 10:
"Her grandson says, above all, she was a loving person who did anything for family."
State Police say two troopers tried to get into the home but were driven back by the flames. Others living in the home had gone out to eat and returned to find the home engulfed in flames. The deceased is believed to be a family member.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
