An 18-year-old from Rochester is facing charges after being arrested near where racist flyers were recently posted in East Boston. Tyler Larson and two others were reportedly wearing masks and had a spray can when police found them Friday night.
Larson faces a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon.
Police say all three men were extremely uncooperative.
