The zoning board in Ogden has approved site plans for a solar power farm on 90 acres along Union Street in Spencerport.
The board granted a conditional use permit to Borrego Solar Systems. The company plans to lease the land and still needs a building permit.
People living nearby say the development will be an eyesore. Borrego now plans to hide it from view with trees.
