Rochester police have filed vehicular manslaughter and vehicular assault charges in a deadly crash Sunday afternoon at Norton Street and Hudson Avenue.
The crash killed Lyft driver Eric Jones of Greece and seriously injured his passenger.
Jones' car was hit when police say Mary Singhavong was speeding and failed to stop her crossover vehicle at a red light.
Her vehicle then hit two more vehicles and rolled over. She and her passenger were seriously injured. She remains hospitalized.
Investigators say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
