A Chili woman is accused of setting her own house on fire. Investigators believe Jule Richardson, 48, intentionally started the fire at her Scott Lane after a domestic dispute. The fire originated on the back deck and spread to the house's outer wall. Richardson is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
