Rochester police have concluded their investigation into a neighbor's report yesterday of a man with a shotgun at a home on Farmington Road.
Police have charged 56-year-old David Eisenberg with second-degree menacing. The neighbor called police shortly before 7 a.m. yesterday. Police closed streets in the area, and took Eisenberg into custody without incident. Police found a 12 gauge shotgun.
