A Monroe County grand jury has indicted Robert Gonzalez after he allegedly took a 14-year-old girl from Rochester to Brooklyn. He's already facing federal charges.
Gonzalez has been indicted on charges including use of a child in a sexual performance, criminal sexual act in the second degree and sexual abuse in the third degree based on evidence found on his phone.
The girl was returned to her family after she and Gonzalez were picked up by police following an AMBER Alert.
