The third suspect in the Sodus double homicide case has entered a not guilty plea to a conspiracy charge.
Bron Bohlar appeared in court this morning. Co-defendants Timothy Dean and Charlene Childers are charged with murder in the October shooting deaths of Childers' ex -- Joshua Niles -- and his girlfriend Amber Washburn.
Deputies say Childers had previously lost a child custody fight with Niles. Dean and Childers pleaded not guilty last week.
