An arrest has been made in connection with a fire at the Speedway Convenience Store on East Avenue in Rochester, which authorities say was intentionally set.
The Arson Task Force has charged Mathew Frey with second degree arson for the fire on November 9th. Frey is accused of setting fire to a restroom at the Speedway store. No injuries were reported.
The fire did caused extensive damage to the restroom and the HVAC mechanics to the store.
Frey is in the county jail awaiting arraignment.
