Congressman-elect Joe Morelle is in Washington to begin work representing the 25th District.
He will be sworn in tonight at the Capitol to complete the final weeks of the late Louise Slaughter's term. Morelle will begin his own two-year term in January.
Morelle will be sworn in at 6:00 p.m. on the House Floor and almost immediately will take part in his first vote.
