A reported domestic incident between a father and son in the Town of Groveland over the weekend, has led to an arrest.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Owen Lowry was arrested and charged with second degree assault after authorities say he had assaulted his 70-year-old father. The elderly man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with a serious head injury.
The Sheriff's Office says Lowry is currently on probation.
